According to the [[Books: Pnakotic Manuscripts]], Pnakotus was a city built by the Great Race of [[Monsters: Yithian|Yith]], located somewhere in what currently is known as the Great Australian Desert. It was destroyed and abandoned during the attack of the semi-invisible, air-related beings, who were previously driven underground by the Great Race.
